This design represents many months of development and testing. Please respect the creator by following the licence conditions below.

You MAY:
• Print the number of units allowed by the licence you purchased (Pick your license below).
• Use those prints for yourself, your household, or (in group/school packages) your team or club members.
• Recover your material costs only when printing for friends, clubs, or schools — no profit may be made.

You may NOT:
• Share, send, upload, or distribute the STL files.
• Sell or resell the STL files.
• Print units for commercial sale.

STL LICENCE AGREEMENT (Digital Design Files)

Licensor: Quivers at Robin Archery Club (“Licensor”, “we”, “our”)
Files: The 3D design files delivered with your order (collectively, the “STL Files” or “Files”).

By purchasing, downloading, accessing, or using the STL Files, you agree to this Licence Agreement. If you do not agree, do not download or use the Files and contact us immediately.

1) Definitions

  • “Print(s)” means physical objects you manufacture using the STL Files.
  • “Household” means people living at the same residential address.
  • “Commercial Use” means selling Prints for profit or any business activity.

2) What You Are Buying

You are not buying the copyright in the design. You are buying a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to use the STL Files to produce a limited number of Prints, according to the licence tier you select.

3) Licence Tiers (Choose one)

A. Personal Use Licence (default, unless otherwise stated)

  • Who may use: You and your Household.
  • Print allowance: Up to 3 Prints for your Household’s own use.
  • Commercial Use: Not permitted.

B. Small Group / Club Licence (up to 10 Prints)

  • Who may use: A coach, small team, or club representative.
  • Print allowance: Up to 10 Prints for the named group/club’s members.
  • Commercial Use: Not permitted.
  • Cost recovery: Allowed for materials/printing (no profit).

C. Medium Club  / School Licence (up to 25 Prints)

  • Who may use: An accredited school or registered club.
  • Print allowance: Up to 25 Prints for the school/club’s members.
  • Commercial Use: Not permitted.
  • Cost recovery: Allowed for materials/printing (no profit).

D. Large Club / School Licence (up to 50 Prints)

  • Who may use: An accredited school or registered club.
  • Print allowance: Up to 50 Prints for the school/club’s members.
  • Commercial Use: Not permitted.
  • Cost recovery: Allowed for materials/printing (no profit).

4) What You May Not Do (All Tiers)

Regardless of licence tier, you may not:

  1. Share, send, upload, post, publish, seed, or distribute the STL Files, in whole or in part (including derivatives).
  2. Resell, rent, lease, loan, or sub‑license the STL Files.
  3. Reverse‑engineer the Files for the purpose of copying and redistribution.
  4. Use the Licensor’s trademarks, logos, or product imagery in a way that implies endorsement without permission.
  5. Claim authorship of the original design.

5) Modifications & Derivatives

You may make reasonable modifications for printability or fit. However:

  • The original and modified STL Files remain subject to this Licence.
  • You may not sell or distribute modified STL Files.

6) Digital Delivery, Refunds & Re‑Downloads

Because this is a digital product, all sales are final once download access is granted. If you have trouble downloading or need the link resent, contact quivers.robinac@gmail.com with your order number.

7) Attribution (Optional but Appreciated)

If you share photos or videos of your Prints online, tagging or crediting Quivers at Robin Archery Club is appreciated.

8) Safety & Use Disclaimer

Archery equipment must be used responsibly. Ensure your Prints are produced with suitable materials and settings and inspected regularly. Licensor is not responsible for damage, injury, or losses arising from improper printing, assembly, or use.

9) Warranty & Liability

The STL Files are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind (express or implied). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, arising from the use of the Files or Prints.

10) Termination

This Licence terminates automatically if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must delete all STL Files and derivatives and cease making Prints. Licensor may pursue legal remedies and takedowns (including DMCA/ISP notices) for infringements.

11) Verification & Enforcement

We may request reasonable proof of your licence tier and print counts for Group/School tiers. We actively monitor marketplaces and file‑sharing sites and will issue takedowns for unauthorized distribution.

 12) Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of South Africa (without regard to conflicts principles). Courts located in Gauteng shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
